Abstract

The invention relates to a double-cylinder variable hand-operated grouting pump, particularly to a hand operating device used for double-liquid grouting; a handle which takes a center support as a supporting point and drives piston rods of a variable cylinder and a quantitative cylinder to realize displacement is connected at the top parts of the piston rods of the variable cylinder and the quantitative cylinder, the end part of the piston rod of the variable cylinder is connected with a variable adjusting mechanism, the variable adjusting mechanism comprises a stroke adjusting head which is fixedly connected with the end part of the piston rod, a guide key of the stroke adjusting head along the vertical direction is connected with a pin shaft which is articulated with the handle, an adjusting screw rod which can control the relative stroke between the pin shaft and the stroke adjusting head is connected at the top part of the stroke adjusting head by a screw pair; in the invention, the discharging quantity can be changed during working of the double-cylinder variable hand-operated grouting pump, the variable cylinder can realize the change of discharged liquid volume by adjusting a working stroke of a piston, so as to control and adjust the injection quantity ratio of additives and cement grout, the working stroke of the piston of the variable cylinder is adjusted by the stroke adjusting head, and the structure of the double-cylinder variable hand-operated grouting pump is simple, stable and reliable.
本发明涉及一种双缸可变量手压注浆泵,特别是用于双液注浆的手动装置,其变量缸及定量缸的活塞杆顶部连接有以中心支架为支点、驱动变量缸、定量缸的活塞杆实现位移的手柄,变量缸的活塞杆端部连接一变量调节机构,变量调节机构包括与活塞杆端部固接的行程调节头,行程调节头竖直方向导键连接销轴,销轴铰接手柄,行程调节头顶部由螺旋副连接可控制销轴与行程调节头相对行程的调节螺杆;本新型结构在工作过程中可以改变排出量,其变量缸可通过调节活塞的工作行程,实现排出的液体体积改变,从而控制调节添加剂和水泥浆液注入量的比例,变量缸活塞的工作行程通过行程调节头调节,其结构方式,简单、稳定、可靠。
