Method for designing jacquard fabric with black-and-white emulation effect by utilizing colored patterns

Abstract

该发明一种彩色图案制作黑白仿真提花织物的设计方法,主要技术方案步骤为:(1)计算机数码图像分色分层,(2)全显色组织设计,(3)组织替换,组合形成织物结构图,(4)织物结构图生产应用。该发明将彩色图案数码化,以基本色进行分色分层,设计组合全显色组织用于各层结构设计,在组合织物结构经向配置一组白色丝线,纬向丝线数与基本色数目相等的,丝线色彩为基本色去色后的灰度色彩。采用该设计方法生产的黑白仿真织物能表现细腻的灰度变化。设计的织物能满足大批量生产的技术要求。
The invention relates to a design method for producing black-and-white emulated jacquard fabric by utilizing colored patterns. The technical scheme of the design method comprises the following main steps of: (1) color separation and lamination of computer numeral patterns; (2) design of a full-color structure; (3) structure replacement and combination to form a fabric structure chart; and (4) production and application of the fabric structure chart. According to the invention, colored pattern is digitized, color separation and lamination are carried out by primitive color, the full-color structure is designed and combined as well as is used for designing various layers of structures, a group of white silk yarns is arranged in warp direction of a combined fabric structure, the number of the silk yarn in weft direction is equal to that of the primitive color, and the color of the silk yarn is grey color after the primitive color is removed. The black-and-white emulated fabric produced by the design method can represent exquisite grey change. The designed fabric can satisfy the technical requirement of large-scale production.
