Abstract

The invention discloses a heat pipe air conditioner with an adjustable filling rate. The heat pipe air conditioner comprises a compressor, a condenser, a refrigerant filling rate adjustment device, a throttling device and an evaporator. A gas-liquid separator is arranged between the compressor and the evaporator. An oil separator is arranged behind the compressor. A one-way valve is arranged on a compressor branch. A heat pipe branch is connected in parallel with an outlet of the evaporator and an outlet of the one-way valve. A first one-way solenoid valve is arranged on the heat pipe branch. A drying filter is arranged in front of the throttling device. A liquid separator is arranged behind the throttling device. A second one-way solenoid valve is connected in parallel with an inlet of the drying filter and an inlet of the liquid separator. The refrigerant filling rate adjustment device is arranged between the condenser and the drying filter. In the heat pipe air conditioner, the filling rate is adjusted by the refrigerant filling rate adjustment device, so the whole system runs at optimal filling rates in a compression cycle refrigeration mode and a heat pipe cycle refrigeration mode respectively, efficiency is improved and good energy-saving effects are achieved.
一种充液率可调的热管空调,其包括压缩机、冷凝器、制冷剂充液率调节装置、节流装置、蒸发器,所述压缩机和蒸发器间安装有气液分离器,在压缩机后安装有油分离器,在压缩机支路上安装有一单向阀,在蒸发器出口和单向阀出口处并联一热管支路,在热管支路上安装有第一电磁单通阀,在节流装置前安装一干燥过滤器,在节流装置后安装一分液器,在干燥过滤器入口和分液器出口处并联一第二电磁单通阀,所述制冷剂充液率调节装置安装在所述冷凝器和所述干燥过滤器之间。本发明的热管空调,通过设置制冷剂充液率调节装置调节充液率,从而可实现整个系统在压缩循环制冷模式和热管循环制冷模式下分别以最佳充液率进行运转,提高效率,获得好的节能效果。
