Abstract

The invention relates to the field of steel pipe processing, in particular to a steel pipe inner wall grooving machine. In the technical scheme, the steel pipe inner wall grooving machine comprises a base, a steel pipe control structure arranged on the base and a knife rest structure for grooving on the inner wall of a steel pipe, wherein the steel pipe control structure comprises a sleeve support, an outer sleeve which is connected to the sleeve support in a rotating mode and passes through two ends of the sleeve support, an inner sleeve which is sleeved with the outer sleeve and passes through two ends of the outer sleeve, and a drive motor which is connected with the end, which is far away from the knife rest structure, of the outer sleeve through a belt; a plurality of claw fixing sheets are arranged at the end, which is close to the knife rest structure, of the inner sleeve; and the wall thickness of the claw fixing sheets which axially extend to the free ends of the claw fixing sheets along joints of the claw fixing sheets and the inner sleeve is gradually increased. The steel pipe fastening mode is easy to operate, and the sleeves are difficult to damage.
本发明涉及钢管加工领域,特别是钢管内壁起槽机。本发明是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:钢管内壁起槽机,包括底座、设于底座上的钢管控制结构及用于在钢管内壁起槽的刀架结构,钢管控制结构包括套管支座、转动连接于套管支座并贯穿套管支座两端的外套管、与外套管套接并穿出外套管两端的内套管、与外套管远离刀架结构的一端通过皮带连接的驱动电机;内套管靠近刀架结构的一端具有多片爪固片,爪固片的壁厚沿爪固片与内套管的连接处轴向延伸至爪固片的自由端呈逐渐变厚状。本发明紧固钢管方式操作简单,且不易损坏套管。
