Method for manufacturing advanced reinforced phenolic honeycomb core composite material

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an advanced reinforced phenolic honeycomb core composite material. The method is characterized in the following sequential steps that: a preparation process of a phenolic resin is finished; honeycombs are immersed into the prepared phenolic resin to form a porous phenolic honeycomb core material through corresponding processes; fiber fabrics having a certain proportion are immersed into the prepared phenolic resin and are cured by heating to form a surface-reinforced composite material; and the porous phenolic honeycomb core material and the surface-reinforced composite material are composited together through a compression molding technology to form a finished advanced reinforced phenolic honeycomb core composite material. The advanced reinforced phenolic honeycomb core composite material produced by the method of the invention has the advantages of light weight, good flame resistance, high intensity, strong corrosion resisting capability and good formability, and can be widely utilized for the fields of aviation, ships and warships and constructions of rail traffic facilities.
本发明涉及一种酚醛蜂窝芯增强先进复合材料的制造方法。其特点是,首先完成酚醛树脂的制备;随后将蜂窝浸渍在酚醛树脂中,制得开孔酚醛蜂窝芯材;再将一定规格的纤维织物在酚醛树脂中浸润并固化,获取表面增强材料;最后,通过模压成型工艺,将开孔蜂窝芯材与表面增强材料复合,制得成品。采用本发明制得的材料质轻、阻燃性好、强度高、耐腐蚀能力强、易成型,从而可将该材料广泛用于航空、舰船及轨道交通设施制造等领域。
