Abstract

本发明涉及一种四维光学调整装置,其包括底板;底板上设有支架,支架能在底板上转动;支架上设有滑块保持架,滑块保持架能相对支架转动;滑块保持架上设有横向滑块,横向滑块能在滑块保持架上相对底板横向移动,横向滑块上设有纵向滑块,纵向滑块能在横向滑块上相对底板作纵向移动;纵向滑块的中心区设有光学元件安装孔。本发明达到对纵向滑块上光学元件的四维方向调整,结构简单实用,成本低廉,调整方便,静态稳定性好;空间利用率高,调整精度高,适用范围广,安全可靠等优点,可广泛适用于医疗仪器、激光加工、光通讯等技术领域。
The invention relates to a four-dimensional optical adjusting device. The device comprises a bottom plate; a bracket is arranged on the bottom plate and can rotate on the bottom plate; the bracket is provided with a sliding block retainer, and the sliding block retainer can rotate relative to the bracket; the sliding block retainer is provided with a transverse sliding block, the transverse sliding block can transversely move relative to the bottom plate on the sliding block retainer, a longitudinal sliding block is arranged on the transverse sliding block, and the longitudinal sliding block can longitudinally move relative to the bottom plate on the transverse sliding block; and the center area of the longitudinal sliding block is provided with an optical element mounting hole. The four-dimensional optical adjusting device realizes four-dimensional direction adjustment of an optical element on the longitudinal sliding block, and has the advantages of simple and practical structure, low cost, convenience for adjustment, good static stability, high space utilization rate, high adjusting precision, wide application range, safety, reliability and the like, and can be widely applied in the technical fields of medicinal instruments, laser processing, optical communication and the like.
