Abstract

本发明改进铁道车辆用轴弹簧的制造方法,抑制因对每商品参数不同使橡胶原料种类增加、管理业务烦杂造成误设定的可能,更少原材料也适合少量多种生产,具有期望弹簧常数的橡胶材料也不易增加管理工作量,误设定的可能也减少。轴弹簧在主轴和与主轴具有相互相同或大体相同的轴心的外筒之间夹装积层橡胶结构的弹性部而成,弹性部在与轴心同心或大体同心的状态下在径向内外方向交替层积多个橡胶层和硬质隔壁,在制造方法中,使用按规定比率配合了作为第一橡胶(G1)的未硫化状态橡胶的第一未硫化橡胶(g1)和作为弹簧常数(K2)比第一橡胶(G1)的弹簧常数(K1)小的第二橡胶(G2)的未硫化状态橡胶的第二未硫化橡胶(g2)的未硫化混合橡胶(bg)制造橡胶层(4)。
The invention improves a producing method of a shaft spring for a railway vehicle, which can inhibit rubber materials from increasing due to that each goods has different parameters; reduces the possibility of an incorrect setting due to complex management, suits for a plurality of producing in small amount due to less materials; reduces management workload by using rubber materials with expected spring constant. An elastic part in a lamination rubber structure is clamped between a main shaft and an external cylinder having an axle center equal or approximately equal to he main shaft, forming the shaft spring. The elastic part is alternately laminated with a plurality of rubber layers and bulkheads in internal and external radial directions under the state that the elastic part is or approximately concentric to the axle center. The rubber layer is produced by using unvulcanized rubber which cooperates with a first unvulcanized rubber (g1) being as an unvulcanized rubber of a first rubber (G1) and a second unvulcanized rubber (g2) being as an unvulcanized rubber of a second rubber (G1), wherein the spring constant (K1) of the second rubber is smaller than that of the first rubber.
