Abstract

The invention discloses a refrigerant flow direction switching and flow controlling device and a refrigerant flow direction switching and flow controlling method. The refrigerant flow direction switching and flow controlling device comprises a low pressure air pipe, a high pressure air pipe, an indoor air-side connecting pipe, a first solenoid valve, a second solenoid valve, a capillary, a first silencer, a second silencer, and a third silencer, wherein one end of the first solenoid valve passes through the first silencer and is connected with the low pressure air pipe, while the other end passes through the third silencer and is connected with the indoor air-side connecting pipe; one end of the second solenoid valve passes through the second silencer and is connected with the high pressure air pipe, while the other end passes through the third silencer and is connected with the indoor air-side connecting pipe; and the capillary is connected in parallel with the second solenoid valve. The refrigerant flow direction switching and flow controlling device also comprises a high pressure liquid pipe, an electronic expansion valve and an indoor liquid-side connecting pipe, wherein the high pressure liquid pipe, the electronic expansion valve and the indoor liquid-side connecting pipe are connected in turn. The invention has the characteristics of flexible operation, low working noise, and wide applicable range.
一种冷媒流向转换与流量控制装置及其控制方法,冷媒流向转换与流量控制装置,包括低压气管和高压气管以及室内气侧连接管、第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀、毛细管、第一消音器、第二消音器和第三消音器;第一电磁阀的一端经过第一消音器后与低压气管连接,第一电磁阀的另一端经过第三消音器后与室内气侧连接管连接;第二电磁阀的一端经过第二消音器后与高压气管连接,第二电磁阀的另一端经过第三消音器后与室内气侧连接管连接;毛细管与第二电磁阀并联。冷媒流向转换与流量控制装置还包括高压液管、电子膨胀阀和室内液侧连接管,高压液管、电子膨胀阀和室内液侧连接管依次连接。本发明具有操作灵活、工作噪声低、适用范围广的特点。
